When getting ripped is your goal cut back final amount of reps and sets just because you won’t have the energy to recover from the stressing workout as you’re taking lower calories than before. Try to maintain intensity as it will preserve your power and muscle mass. Decrease the amount of isolation work like biceps curls, triceps exercises, leg extensions.
